Good purchased from www.dongiorgi .com can be returned for exact replacement for manufacturer defects and possible damage trught transit only. If the product is found to have manufacturer defect by your end client, defect should be reported via photos/videos and description and product returned within seven (7) days from the date of receipt.

We kindly ask you to acces the page RETURN THE ORDER and  place all information and deteails that are asked  about your product and return. This will enable us to accurately and quickly handle your return.

All items are checked prior to dispatch, but should you receive an item that has been damaged during transit, you must contact us as soon as possible. Please note that if the package itsel is damaged be good and make some photo or much better a video to prove the potential damage of product when you open it, this will give you 100% guarantee of returnig the product  and getting money back for it.

Sending your parcel back safely

All returns to shipping warehouse must accompany a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) obtained from the Guest Relations Department; email [email protected] The RMA# should be placed on the front of the shipping label, highlighted in yellow, for the return to be accepted by our warehouse. Packages without highlighted RMA#’s will be refused due to improper identification. This process assists our team to continue providing timely, accurate and friendly service to our clients due to our high volume of package processing. Once the goods are received and defect confirmed, all monies will be refunded within 2 to 4 business days (shipping fee excluded).
If you are returning a parcel from within the USA we recommend using a recorded postal service. If you are returning a parcel back from outside the USA, we recommend using your local postal service with ‘GOODS BEING RETURNED TO THE SHOP’ clearly written on the outside of the parcel. When packing your Product, use the original packing sleeve and box. Liability of a parcel remains with the sender until received by DON GIORGI.
